What in the world can be better than government fighting against another media. This is a event that is going to be crazy in a few days i think since the media i know wouldn't back down and this can get messy.
So lets start with our players. The first side we have the Nevada Democrats and the second side we have the Fox New channel. Based on some things i know about the past from some teachers (not in bergtraum) that Fox new Channel has some connection for the persident bush and this will be a government internal battle. so back to what is happening right now.
A month ago and agreement was signed by nevada government officials and it was for the august presidential debate for encouraging new voters that cause a great thing for nevada. Fox on the other instead went to play a tape that insulted the nevada government. This now shows a messup and now i wil wait to see what will they do in a little longer.

The Guns
people who are reading this. If you are at a young age( age18 and below) have you ever wondered about being a cop when you were little or something that allowed you to look cool with a gun in your hand?(NOT MEANT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BE THIEFS) Or If you are older than 18 have to ever wondered about owning a gun either with you or within your household?
Recent infromation, there are alot of places within the world who have a ban on guns that should not be allowed inside a household with out one of the adults being a police type occupation. This is a District law that i am bringing up right now. normally this would have nothing to do with the governement and their messups but today there has been a "thing" on should guns be banned from house holds or not. The governements plan was to start allowing it but an uproar was created because of this decision. Many state's governor had been angry since most of them are already have lowered their own violence and killing rate alot since the ban and now they fear the rate will rise again to what they use to be.

Well this is the director of none other than the FBI. This is Robert S. Mueller III . This is the person who "allowed" his subordinates to use illegal ways to obtain information on those the FBI want.

what i just said is a opinion from a person(Mystery) who thinks that this person should be responsible for what his own people do and since he is the head of their department who else than him. In the news his response was basically to oppose to what other people say to him and this includes the reporters who were there when he had a meeting. This bring up to the government since the FBI is one of the biggest parts in the government.
if you ask me why they are part of the government i would only say it is because that is all they do. They are to work for all government officials. This event here has caused a small group of republicans to be very angry with all the other people. The reason they are angry is because they think that it is Bush's fault that his "people" are misusing a "patriot act".

Military health- Mr Walter Reed!!
OK today in the year 2000-2007 what is the biggest thing besides education that i government has been working on. It is the military! OK what do we know about the military since the start of us going to another country and try to take control of it. So far we have spent alot.. of money to help them giving them money for health, weapons and more. Now what can go wrong with that since they "should" be getting what need now.
WRONG!!! Recent news has just talked about something that makes the government look so bad its not funny. This problem is a Mr. Walter Reed. Meet our military hospital owner who opened the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. This person is the main person who is suppose to take care of most of the injured military people in his "Medical Center" .
So whats so bad about this thing. well his hospital was lasted searched and is now under construction for the following: broken water pipes, broken roof tiles with falling parts, unclean water, and the best part Black Mold! So now what do you people want to think about the governments great help for our military.

Another error
The government loves to mess up. there are always alot of problems now. First the 911 thing then the war and now the a thing for vice president Dick Cheney. So far i have gathered that a mess was caused by the "special aid" for our beloved vice president. This mess is a big one compared to some other political talks now.
The special aid is a mr. I.Lewis Libby. He a person who today manage to bust a secret that no one was suppose to know. In the news a Valerie Plame was told out to the world for being a CIA agent. Normally if it was a private thing no one would know or care. Instead this caused a trial that made Libby lie to a grand jury. In reality i know alot of people likes cheney and will wonder what does that have to do with him. Libby is a person close to Cheney and will know things that Cheney did if there is any. Now the problem is that will he be in trouble and will he resign.
This is now a great error about what our government can do . This also shows that they are unable to control people that they have whcih is a big problem.

STUDENT LIFE!!!
Welcome readers to the first post that I made. Today the subject in this post is about .. What else but us the Students!! For a long time many people have thought why are the students doing different things. In the student group there are 2 types of people.
The first type of people are the nice students. To me they mean the "smart people" another meaning are those who listen to every word the teacher says and gets great scores. Another type of nice students are those who the teacher thinks are nice in class where that student doesn't do anything to make the teacher look bad.
The second type are the only thing left, The bad students. To me bad students are the lazy people who don't want to do much even if that person wants to pass the class or not. In teachers word, it is all the students that talk back to the teachers or those who make that teacher look bad at any point whether during a class or in front of another teacher.
Today my post would be based on all the students who are bad and why they are bad. One day i read on the news that there are alot of students who are not in class when they are suppose to be and alot of those same students are graduating on time. These students are mainly in high school and some freshmans in college.
So they say they are bad... Why?
Since a student is not in class why is that?
On February 27, 2007 there has been a report in the new York Times news paper and it is about the grades for the 12th graders in the unites states. It states that from the year 2002 there has been a drop in the grades of seniors in school. The average grade for reading is 35% and the math scores are 23%. This caused the government to pass a act called No Child Left Behind Act. Being in school now i know that everyone has heard of this act before somewhere no matter where. This was suppose to help us students but to ask what is it doing to help us. The only thing it ever did was to make people read the act then that was the end of it. Even though the act is still around nobodhy can fully explain what that act does and how it will help someone. This makes us student look bad since we don't know much about it and it doesn't do anything for us.
Another thing I found in the web was that there was a survey on a school in the US and it showed that alot of the students are bored in school. The teachers are saying that it is the students who are not trying and that it is all our fault. This made us student look really bad showing that we are the one to be blamed. If the reason that some students don't want to go to school is because that we are really lazy then it can be our fault but it is not always true.
The only way for me to defend us students now is that i blame the government on why we are doing this. The first reason I think we should blame the government is the funding for schools. As a student i have seen schools who are falling apart or has a ton of out dated books for students. This caused outrages for students who can't understand certain things and can cause "cutting school" . In a search on web, the Chancellor has set a grant on extra money being used for schools and the total was about 130 million dollars and yet this is 2007 yet nothing changes. schools still have outdates books and maps that fall apart. I wonder where the money is?
Another reason i think is still having to do with the funding. This funding for the school is not only for the students, based on the research teachers are also suppose to get more wages and yet the teacher union still can't get a fixed raise. This causes the certain teachers to give up on trying their best to teach. This raises the biggest problem in the schools now which is that the reason we students don't go to school is because we are very bored in class. With nothing new for the teachers to get from the school funding, the teachers are limited to their own resources causing the teachers to have a problem with their teaching styles. On a weblog, at writer has written a log about why the students in the world are doing bad and his/her main point is the teachers. I personally don't agree to it fully but there are some things that should be taken into consideration. This writer said that the main reason the students are bored in class is because THE TEACHERS ARE BORING. I know that not all teachers are boring but some teachers can be. The personal opinion shows that all teachers have their way of teaching but it is not always useful. each way can work but it will only work to a extent. In college most teachers have had their lessons put online so students can have it at home and this cause alot of student not to go to class yet these same students who come back for tests get a great grade so the teachers have nothing to worry about. This goes against the highschool way where a student has to listen to a teacher non-stop for approximately a hour and then die out once they finish listening.
In response to all the things i have posted today, my main point is the funding of the schools from the government that caused alot of the problems in the student life.
